About Our Patreon Campaings

We think that some of the questions or misunderstanding comes from the fact that our followers didn’t read the text from our “About Versus X Studio” page on Patreon, so I’m going to copy/paste a fragment from there:

If you're going to support our projects, take this into account: 

• We're slow, very slow so don't expect a release every month.
• We're working on various projects NOT only Bioasshard.
• BTW 'projects' means 'projects' not games. Some projects can be games and others can not.
• This Patreon Campaign it's for adults only. So, if you keep reading it's because you're 18 years old or above (depending on the legal age in your country) and because you're a hentai like us. :3
• Charge Upfront Activated! You will be charged immediately upon making a pledge.
• Public Links can no longer be posted here due to Patreon Rules. You can find them on our Blog, ... Just make a search on Google.
• IMPORTANT We don't accept any more refund request. so if you're going to support us be sure that you want to do it.

Versus X Studio

 - "Hey guys where did your web and social networks went"? 

Due to the new Patreon's ToS, we're unable to post links to any site containing material that maybe is against their new guidelines. But it's pretty easy to find us indeed; just a simple search in google or twitter using something like 'Versus X Studio' or 'Waifustream' as key terms will give you the links (and from one of them; be it twitter, blogger, Pixiv or whatever, you'll find the links to everyother site from there).

Patreon & Rewards 

- "When are you releasing the extras?"

Fantasy Cards: Cards are released at the same time a project releases if there is new cards of course.

Art: We'll try to publish artwork from time to time.

Walkthorughs: After new project releases but it can take some time to be done.

 - "I've pledged already but didn't receive my reward"

First thing, don't get nervous and don't run away.

This could be caused by some factors:

1 - Your pledge isn't processed yet. So once your pledge is processed you'll receive your reward in a 24-48 hrs time span.

2 - Your pledge got declined. Another cause could be you ran out of money and thus it got declined. Patreon usually informs every user when their pledge got declined. So as soon as that is fixed and the pledge is processed you'll receive your reward in a 24-48 hrs time span.

3 - You chose the "No reward" category by mistake. Yeah! this happens, but don't worry it's easy to fix. If something weird happens and you can't fix it don't worry, just contact us and let us know, as long as your pledge has been processed we will send you your reward with no problem.

4 - If none of the above is your case then please contact us asap and we'll try to fix it.

- "Is Pigeon Tier (on VXS' Patreon) going to disappear?" 

 NO, as long as it has Patrons with this pledge. It's limited so no new Patrons can choose this option.

Projects

- Why are you working on various projects at the same time? You should work only on 'xxx' project!

Because we want and it won't change any time soon.

- What happened with the GOLD Version of the projects?

It's been changed for the Fantasy Card System. Now, Fox patrons are getting the 'GOLD' content with their corresponding cards so in this way they don't have to wait for the finished project to get the GOLD content.
